MEXC Description

MEXC is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange that provides access to spot trading, margin trading, and futures trading. Founded in 2018, the exchange also offers:

Within MEXC Earn, products such as launchpads, airdrops, MX-DeFi, staking, ETH 2.0 staking, and more are also available. Users can acquire cryptocurrencies using credit or debit cards, international bank transfers, peer-to-peer trading, and third-party payment systems like Simplex, Banxa, and Mercuryo.

The exchange serves more than 200 countries and over 6 million users. It holds important licenses in countries such as Australia, Estonia, and the United States.

The current CEO of the company is John Chen.

John graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and holds a Master's degree from Nanyang Technological University. John is a serial entrepreneur who founded Accufind Technologies in 2013 and eBeeCare in 2015. After the acquisition of eBeeCare, John joined iTechBlack as an executive director, then held the position of Chief Information Officer at CIC, a commodity trading platform, and Chief Operating Officer at another technology company, Zallchain.

Trading on MEXC

Users have access to more than 180 trading pairs and major cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, LTC, SHIB, XRP, DOGE, ADA, and others.

Trading on the platform involves maker and taker fees, which are set at 0.2%. Additionally, users can earn discounts and become VIP clients. For futures trading, fees are calculated based on levels ranging from 0 to 6, depending on their trading volume over 30 days.

Deposits on the platform are free, while withdrawal fees depend on the cryptocurrency, payment methods, and transaction costs.

MEXC supports margin ETFs with leverage of 2-5X for both long and short positions, as well as futures trading with leverage of up to 125X using USDT and the base cryptocurrency as collateral.
